Outstanding views can be experienced from the battlements that are over 200 feet above sea level. As you climb the last turn of the ancient spiral staircase that leads out onto the flat roof you will experience unforgettable views of Minster village, Minster Abbey and panoramic views of the island, across the Swale and the Medway Estuary towards the Isle of Grain and North Downs. (The roof top viewing area is open subject to weather conditions and involves use of a short section of ladder-style steps)
